We seek to deliver more efficiently, with financial efficiencies obtained from time/ material cost savings, reducing duplication of effort, and maximising network occupancies.
Our continuous improvement culture continues to identify efficiencies through the implementation of Lean methodologies. Our supply chain collaboration will continue to obtain efficiencies through packaging schemes together, improving the design and reliability of schemes and allowing us to combine renewals and maintenance. All efficiency efforts are intended to reduce spend and disruption to road users.
